do hereby gra.nt and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
to wit:
The West three (3) feet of Lot 14, Block "A", Pine Ridge
Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 28, Page 98 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida.
This easement is for the purpose of running an overhead
electric line to provide energy for a street light.
