THIS INDENTURE, made this

1955, by and between CLEARWATER COUNTRY CLUB, a Florida corpora-
tion of Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, party of the first
part and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation exis~-
ing under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the second
part:
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar and other good and valuable considerations in hand
paid to the party of the first part by the party of the second
part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, said party of the
first part hereby grants, bargains, sells and conveys to the
party of the second part the following right-of-way easements
for the purpose of constructing water, sewer and other lines
through the following described real estate, to-wit:
A parcel of land fifteen (15) feet wide by
six hundred fifty (650) feet long described
as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the south
r/w line of Palmetto St. and the east r/w
line of Betty Lane; thence east 650 feet
along the south r/w line of Palmetto St.
thence south 15 feet thence west 650 feet
to the east r/w line of Betty Lane thence
north 15 feet to the point of beginning,
AND
A parcel of land twenty (20) feet wide lying
ten (10) feet each side of the following
described center line:
Beginning at a point on the north r/w line of
Maple St. said point being 4 feet east of the
west r/w line of Hillcrest Drive; thence north
a distance of 45 feet thence northeasterly a
distance of 175 feet to a point lying 22.5 feet
east of the prolongation of the west r/w line
of Hillcrest Drivefth-enee--no-r'b-h~l~g--a-'-line
lying 22.5 feet east and parallel to the pro-
longation of the west r/w line of Hillcrest
Drive, to the south r/w line of Palmetto St.
Together with the right of ingress and egress to and
over the following described real estate in perpetuity for the
purposes of laying, maintaining, operating, repairing and

removing the above mentioned water, sewer and other lines, and
for doing anything necessary or useful for the enjoyment of the
easements herein granted.
A parcel of land ten (10) feet wide by
six hundred fifty (650) feet long described
as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the south
r/w line of Palmetto St. and the east r/w
line of Betty Lane; thence east 650 feet
along the south r/w line of Palmetto St.
thence south 10 feet thence west 650 feet
to the east r/w line of Betty Lane thence
north 10 feet to the point of beginning,
AND
A parcel of land ten (10) feet wide lying
five (5) feet each side of the following
described center line:
Beginning at a point on the north r/w line
of ~fuple St., said point being 4 feet east
of the west r/w line of Hillcrest Drive;
thence north a distance of 45 feet thence north-
easterly a distance of 175 feet to a point ly-
ing 22.5 feet east of the prolongation of the
west r/w line of Hillcrest Drive; thence north
along a line lying 22.5 feet east and parallel
to the prolongation of the west r/w line of
Hillcrest Drive, to the south r/w line of
Palmetto Street.

I HEREBY CERTIFY, That on this ~ day of December,
A. D. 1955, before me personally appeared PARKER G. SANFORD
and MARSHALL W. FORREST, President and Secretary respectively
of CLEARWATER COUNTRY CLUB, a corporation under the laws of
the State of Florida, to me known to be the persons described
in and who executed the foregoing Grant of Easement to the
City of Clearwater, a municipal corporation, and severally
acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free act and
deed as such officers, for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned; and that they affixed thereto the official seal
of said corporation, and the said instrument is the act and
deed of said corporation.
WITNESS my signature and official seal at Clearwater
in the County of Pinellas and State of Florida, the day
year last aforesaid.
