EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, CLEARWATER COUNTRY CLUB, a Florida corporation,
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and being
situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
The North 40 feet of the NW-l/4 of the SW-l/4 of
Section ll, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, and
the North 40 feet of the NE-l/4 of the NE-l/4 of the
SE-l/4 of Section IG, Township 29 South,Range 15 East.
This easement being for utility installation and maintenance.
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any utility installation and to inspect and alter such installation from
time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these presents
to be signed in its name by its President, and its corporate seal to be affixed,
attested by its Secretary this 4th day of March, A. D. 1964.
