PERMANENT EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash in hand
paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits to be derived
therefrom, JACK A. SMITH PROPER TIES, INC., does hereby grant and convey to
the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a permanent easement over and across
the following described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas,
State of Florida, to wit:
The West 14 feet of Lot 10, of an unnumbered Block,
PALM PARK ADDITION, as recorded in Plat Book 4,
page 86 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County,
Florida, of which ':pinellas CQunty was formerly a
part.
This easement is hereby granted for the express purpose of providing ingress
and egress to the property of the Grantor herein; and it is understood and agreed
that in the event said above described premises cease to be used for such purpose
this easement shall terminate in and to the portion so used, and shall revert to
the Grantor herein.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises to construct, install and maintain thereon
the access way hereinbefore described.

ADDENDA TO EASEMENT
The attached easement is granted with the understanding
that the City of Clearwater, Pine lIas County, Florida, will in-
damnify and save harmless the Grante~ from any and all claims
for property damage. personal injury or similar claims by reason
of any accident or injury that may occur during the time this
easement is being utilized by the City. At such time as the
easement is abandoned the terms and conditions of this Addenda
will cease.
