FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, L. CHRISTERSON and ETHEL CHRISTERSON, his
wife, do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
a municipal corporation, a temporary construction easement over, under and
across the following described land, lying and being situate in the County of
Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
Lot 16, Block D, Pinebrook Highlands Subdivision according
to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, page
53 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
This easement is granted for storm drainage construction purposes.
This easement is temporary and expires automatically after one (1) year
from date hereof, unless extended by written agreement of the parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands and
seals this /3 "'C.!:! day of June, A. D. 1975.
