As additional consideration for the granting of this EaSEtment, the City
of Clearwater hereby agrees to complete the following:
1. Fence in back yard which must be taken down to
complete the project will be set up temporarily
during the maintenance project and at the comple-
tion will be put back in the same condition.
2. All dirt removed from the creek shall be spread
on back of subject property.

3. Two 12 -inch palm trees shall be replanted and
the timber from all the trees cut down shall
remain with the property owner.
4. Tear down the shed in the back yard of subject
property.
5. Sod shall be placed at edge of water to prevent
eros ion.
6. Curbing and driveway to prevent eros ion to be
constructed across the front of the property.

This easement being for drainage installation and maintenance only and
is to be used for no other purpose.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above-described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any drainage lines and to inspect and alter such drainage lines from
time to time.
