EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, does hereby grant and convey to FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION,
a Florida corporation, an easement over, under and across the following
described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to wit: '
A 10 foot easement lying 5 feet each side of the following
described line: Commence at the NE corner of the NE 1/4
of Section 10, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas
County, Florida; thence N 89036'07" W, along the North
boundary of said NE 1/4, a distance of 2666.04 feet to the
NW corner of said NE 1/4 and the NE corner of the NW 1/4
of said Section 10; thence N 89022'00"W, along the North
boundary of said NW 1/4, a distance of 315.73 feet to a point
that is S 89022'00" E, 2339.69 feet from the NW corner of
said NW 1/4; thence S 0038'00" W, at right angles to said North
boundary, 197.5 feet to the P.O.B.; thence N 84041109" E,
50.3 feet; thence S 86055'04" E, 158 feet; thence S 87001'53" E,
86 feet; thence S 89016' 11" E, 151 feet; thence S 75009'52" E,
54 feet; thence S 0042'25" W, 170. 5 feet to the point of ending;
all being in the North 1/2 of Section 10, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida; subject to rights-of-
way of record.
FLORIDA POWER CORPORA TION shall have the right to enter upon the
above-described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
electrical lines and to inspect and alter such lines from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Clearwater has caused these
presents to be executed in its name by its City Manager, City Clerk, counter-
signed by its Mayor-Commissioner, and approved as to form and correctness
by its City Attorney, and its corporate seal to be hereunto attached, the
22nd day of February , A. D. 1977.

I HEREBY CERTIFY, that on this 22nd day of February
A. D. 1977, before me personally appeared Picot B. Floyd, Thomas A. Bustin,
R. G. Whitehead and Gabriel Cazares, respectively City Manager, City Attorney,
City Clerk and Mayor-Commissioner of the City of Clearwater, Florida, a
municipal corporation, to me known to be the individuals and officers described
in and who executed the foregoing Easement and severally acknowledged the
execution thereof to be their free act and deed as such officers thereunto duly
authorized; and that the official seal of said municipal corporation is duly
affixed thereto, and the said conveyance is the act and deed of said corporation.
