EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) cash
in hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom, DONALD K. CONLEY and LINDA J. CONLEY,
his wife; GROVER C. ELDRIDGE and GEORGIA G. ELDRIDGE, his wife; and
ELIZABETH P. BARNUM, a widow, do hereby grant and convey to the CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, a permanent easement
over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate in
the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit: :,~ 1.::; ; ___ i
Start at the Southwest corner of Lot 7, Block E, Pinebrook.:'
Unit 2, as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 71, of Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and run South 88. 32' 17"
East, 220.0 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence run North
1027142" East, 75.0 feet; thence run South 88032117" East,
44.0 feet; thence run South 19054'30" West, 79.06 feet; thence
run North 88032'17" West, 19.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing. 055 acres, more or less.
This easement being for the purpose of widening the channel of Stevenson
Creek to provide flood control and implement drainage.
The CITY OF CLEARWA TER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon and over the above described premises to do all things necessary to
provide a widened channel for Stevenson Creek, including maintaining such
channel after it has been widened.
