FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom,
PACT, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation,
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

of the following described line:
From the center of Section 9, Township 29 South,

centerline of said Section 9, a distance of 94.50 feet;
thence N 89021'08'1 W, and parallel with the East-West
centerline of said Section, a distance of 268.80 feet;
thence N 00007'43" E, and parallel with the North-South
cel'lterline of said Section, a distance of 377.60 feet;

The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereor_
any utility lines and to inspect and alter such utility lines from time to time.
