EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, does hereby grant and convey to FLORIDA POWER CORPORA TION,
a Florida corporation, an easement over, under and across the following
described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to wit:
The North 10 feet of the following described parcel:
The SW 1 14 of the SW 11 ~ of Section 9, Township 29
South, Range 16 East, LESS Kapok Terrace First
Addition as recorded in Plat Book 49, page 28, of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, ALSO LESS
that part of said tract lying North of the South line of
Kapok Terrace First Addition extended, West to the West
boundary of the SW 1 14 of the SW 1/4 of said Section.
FLORIDA POWER CORPORA TION shall have the right to enter upon
the above-described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon
any electrical lines and to inspect and alter such lines from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHE REOF, the City of Clearwater has caused these
presents to be executed in its name by its City Manager, City Clerk, counter-
signed by its Mayor-Commissioner, and approved as to form and correctness
by its City Attorney, and its corporate seal to be hereunto attached, the
7th day of June, A. D. 1983.

acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free act and deed as such

deed of said corporation.
