an easement over, under and across the following d.escribed land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
to-wit:
The West 17 feet of the East 50 feet of the South 400
feet of the North 410 feet of the East 275 feet of the
N. W. 1/4 of the S. W. 1/4 of Section 9, Township 29
South, Range 16 East,Pinellas County, Florida.
Grantee, by acceptance hereof, expressly agrees that
this easement is not assignable and is non~clelegable
and that Grantee will use such easement solely for a
sub-surface force sewer main and for no other purpose
whatsoever.
