FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash
in hand paid to it~ the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom,
BROWN HOMES, INC., a Florida corporation,
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
to wit:
A 5.0 ft. wide strip adjacent to and parallel to the
existing 10.0 it. utility easement at the rear of Lots
21 through 43 inclusive, as shown on the plat of Del
Oro Groves, First Addition as recorded in Plat Book 69,
Pages 56 and 57 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, ( said new easement lying Southerly and/or Easterly
of said existing 10 foot platted easement).

This easement being for utilities installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any utility lines and to inspeot and alter such
utility lines from time to time.
