A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A GRANT
OF EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER.
BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of
the City of St. Petersburg, Florida, that the
City Manager be au'thorized to execute instruments
granting easements to the City of Clearwater to
maintain sanitary sewer lines across the right-of-
way for .the wa'tertransmission line of the Ci ty of
St. Petersburg at three locations.
Adopted at a. regular session of the City
Council held on the 1st day of February, 1968.

SUBBASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefro~ the CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, a
municipal corporation, party of the first part, does hereby grant and
convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, party of the second part, a
subeasement over, under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference)
This subeasement is for sanitary sewer installation and maintenance
but the right granted herein is subordinate to the right of the Grantor to
maintain its existing water line across this subeasement.
Subject to the following conditions:
That the Grantee shall release the Grantor of any liability for
damage to sanitary sewer and that the Grantee shall be liable for damage to
the 36" water main and for restoration if damage is caused by maintenance
of sanitary sewer.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon
the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon
a sanitary sewer line and to inspect and alter such sanitary sewer line from
time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused
these presents to be signed in its name by its City Manager, and its
corporate seal to be affixed, attested by its Finance Administrator, this
