E A S E MEN T
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash in
hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom, A. E. MANN and ROSETTA MANN, his wife,
ARTHUR A. GELSTON and BETTY GELSTON, his wife and
S. J. PAVESE and MRS. GAYE PAVESE, his wife
do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
Begin at the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 9,
Township 29S, Range 16E; thence N 89017'05" W along the 40 acre
line, 503.16' to the true P.O.B., continue thence N 89017'05" W
along the 40 acre line 10.00'; thence the following courses and
distances; S 0038'11" W, 211.95': N 89048'19" W, 242.40';
S 81029'02" W, 479.19'; S 89015'38" W, 632.97'; S 0008'38" E,
296.54'; N 89014'39" W, 767.23' to a point on the north-south
centerline of said Section 9 which point is 745' northerly from
the center of said Section 9; thence S0007'43" W along said
north-south centerline, 10.00'; thence the following courses and
distances: S 89014'39" E, 777.29'; N 0008'38" W, 296.54';
N 89015'38" E, 623.61'; N 81029'02" E, 479.23'; S 89048'19" E,
251.56'; N 0038'11" E, 221.87' to the true P.O.B.
Restoration shall be made as set forth in Addendum # 1 to Easement
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
The top of the sewer transmission main will be held a minimum of

ADDENDUM # 2 TO EASEMENT
Where the sewer transmission line crosses a proposed water way that
lies approximately 265 feet East of the North-South Quarter section
line of Section 9-29-16 and also being further described as lying
in the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said section 9-29-16. It 1S agreed
that the top of the pipe will be a minimum of 4 feet below the dam
in Alligator Creek that controls the water level of Alligator Lake.
If a special structure is required, it will be constructed for a
60.00 foot water way at no cost to the owner of the surrounding land.
The exact location of the proposed water way will be furnished by
the owner's engineer.
