a municipality of the State of Florida, grant~r, to the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION, 11201 N. McKinley Dr. Tampa, FI 33612, its successors and assigns, grantee.
WITNESSETH: That the grantor for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and
other valuable considerations paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants unto the grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual
easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining (alan) INGRESS. EGRESS. AND
MAINTENANCE easement in, over, under, upon and through the following described land in
PIRELLAS County, Florida, viz:
That part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township 29 South, Range 16
East, Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
Commence at an iron rod marking the Northeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 8,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida; thence N 89040'53" W, 834.911
meters (2739.21 feet), along the North line of said Northwest 1/4, to the Northwest corner of
said Northwest 1/4; Thence S 0054'50" W, 405.365 meters (1329.94 feet), along the west line
of said Northwest 1/4 to the Northwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of said Northwest 1/4;
thence S 89035'57" E, 30.483 meters (100.01 feet), along the North line of said Southwest 1/4
of the N~rthwest 1/4, to a point on the east right of way line of State Road No. 55 (U.S. 19)
per Section 1515-104, and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue along said North line, S
89035'57" E, 2.400 meters (7.87 feet); thence S 0054'50" W, 70.775 meters (232.20 feet), to a
point on a jog in said east right of way line; thence N 89005'10" W, 2.400 meters (7.87
feet), along the jog in said right of way line; thence N 0054'50" E, 70.753 meters (232.13
feet), along said west right of way line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 169.8 square meters (1828 square feet), more or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever,
provided always that in every instance of the exercise of rights granted herein, whether for
ingress, egress, maintenance or any other purpose consistent with said rights, Grantee shall

at Grantee cost an~ expense restore the lands of the Grantor lying adjacent or contiguous to
the lands hereinabove described to equal or better condition as existed immediately prior to
the exercise of said rights.
IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that Grantor reserves unto itself, its successors
and assigns forever, all rights of ownership of the easement premises not inconsistent with
the easement rights herein conveyed to Grantee.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has caused these presents to be executed in its
name by its City Manager, countersigned by its Mayor-Commissioner, attested by its City Clerk
and its official seal hereto affixed, the date first above written.
