FOR AND IN'CONSIDERATIQN::,of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash
in band paid to it , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom,
LA -MONTE SHIMBERG CORPORA TION, a Florida corporation,
do es hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLOlHDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
to-wit:
A sanitary sewer easement 10.0 feet each side of the
following described line:
Start at the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 8, Township 29 South, Range 16 East and run
S 00050'02" W, 325.30 feet; thence run N 89009133" W,
10.0 feet for the P. O. B.; thence run N 00050'02" E,
50 feet more or less to South right of way line of Seaboard
Coast Line Railroad for the Point of Ending.

This easement being for sanitary sewer installation and
maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install
and maintain thereon any sanitary sewer line and to inspect and
alter such sanitary sewer line from time to time.
