in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the

does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA,
an easem,ent over, under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
40-Foot Right-of-Way Easement:
That portion of the East 40. 0 feet of the West 140.0 feet of the
Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township 29
South, R'ange 16 East lying within the following described tract:
