EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($ L 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom,
KENNEDY BROTHERS, INC., a Florida corporation,
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEAR WA TER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A 40-foot eas ement for acces s road right-of-way des cribed as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of Section 8, Township 29 South, Range 16
East, run S 890 56 '22" E, 100 feet to the East right-of-way line of U. S. 19
(S.R. 55); thence run N 0054"41" E, 406.01 feet along said East right-of-way
line of U. S. 19 (S. R. 55) for the P. O. B. ; thence run along a curve to the left
ha ving a radius of 100 feet, a chord bearing of S 370 24'17" E and a chord
distance of 124 feet; thence run S 75043'15" E, 135.20 feet; thence run
along a curve to the right having a radius of 170 feet, a chord bearing of
S 37049'48" E and a chord distance of 208. 81 feet; thence run S 00 03'38" W,
59.55 feet to the North right-of-way line of Drew Street; thence run
N 890 56'22" W , 40 feet along said North right-of-way line of Drew Street;
thence run N 0003'3811 E, 59.55 feet; thence run along a curve to the left
having a radius of 130 feet, a chord bearing. of N 37049'4811 Wand a chord
distance of 159.68 feet; thence run N 75043 '15" W, 135.20 feet; thence run
along a cui've to the right having a radius of 140 feet to a point, said point
being the intersection of the curve and the said East right-of-way line of
U.S. 19 (S.R. 55); thence runN 0054'41" E along said East right...of-way

This easement being for right-of-way purposes.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above-described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any right-of-way and to inspect and alter such right-of-way from time
to time.
