EASEMENT

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, does hereby grant and
convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement over, under
and across the following described land, lying and being situate in the 'County
of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
Fifteen (15) foot Drainage and Utility Easement:
The East fifteen (15) feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township 29 South, Range 16
East, less South 30 feet, subject to existing leases, easements
or encroachments, recorded or unrecorded.
This easement being for drainage and utilities installation and main-
tenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above -des cribed premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon
any drainage and utility lines and to inspect and alter such drainage and utility
lines from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused
these presents to be executed in its name by its Board of County Commissioners
acting by the Chairman or Vice-Chairman of said Board, this 8th day of
May , A. D. 1973.
