cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefi ts to be derived therefrom, V. JACK KENNEDY, lessor and

do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a
municipal corporation, an easement over, under and across the
following described land, lying and being situate in the County
of Pinellas and State of Florida, to wit:

(at: tbe intc:-sectian of the center lines of Rights of Way of
U.S. 19 and Drew St.)and run thence along the center line of
Drew Street S. 80015'2211 E. 100.0 ft., thence N.0054'41" E.
6~6.48 ft. along the easter.ly right of way line of U.S. 19
to a Point of Beginning.
A 10 ft. wide easement is granted 5 ft. each side of the
center line of the 811 water main described as follows from
the point of beginning, run thence S.89044'll1lEast 348.0 ft.
to tee, thence North 0054'41'~170.0 ft. to meter taps and

This easement is for the construction, maintenance; repair or
replacement of an 8" water main and for related faci Ii ties.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install,
and maintain thereon any water lines and related water facilities
and to inspect and alter such water lines and related water facilities
from time to time.
