A ten (10') foot water main easement lying 5'each side of the existing 6" or larger water mains up to and including all hydrants and meters, except where such mains and related water facilities may lie under structures; and A twenty (20') foot water main easement lying ten (10') feet each side of the following described centerline: Commence at Northwest corner of the Northwest ~ of the Northwest ~ of Sec. 8, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, thence run South 89"40'09" East, a distance of 726.66 feet, thence run South 04c-42'00" West, a distance of 60,18 feet to the South right-of-way of State Road 590, thence continue South 04042'00" West, a distance of 689.12' for a Point of Beginning, thence run North 8gc: 35' 27" West, a distance of seventy-three feet to the Point of Ending; and An ingress and egress easement for refuse and garbage collections and City of Clearwater service and utility vehicles over the regularly con- stituted roads and pathways designated for such purposes at such normal business and working hours and days without disrupting the decorum and the tranquility of the site and buildings and the standard accommodations of tenants and their guests; this easement of ingress and egress is to be used for access to points within the condominium project on1y,and not for access to any adjoining property. 2, oc ....
