hand paid to it , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom, Clearwater Associates, Limited Partnership,
a New York Limited Partnership,
do es hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an
ea~ent over, under and across the following described land, lying and being
situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A 10 ft. water main easement lying 5 ft. each side of all existing water mains up to and
including all hy:drants and water meters and an ingress and egress easement for city
vehicle s over the normally traveled paving within the following de scribed tract:
Part of the northwest 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of Sec. 8, Twp. 29 South, range 16 east,
Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:

of 60. 18 feet to the south right-of-way of State Road 590 (having a 120 ft. R/W) for the
point of beginning, thence run south 89-40'09" east along said south right-of-way, a

run south 89-40'09" east a distance of 206.00 feet toa point on the westerly boundary
line of Orange Blossom Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 51, Pag e 70, of the
