FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash in
hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, does hereby
grant and convey to CLEARWATER ASSOCIATES, LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, an
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and being
situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
From the Northwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4
of Section 8, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, run S. 89040'09" East
along the Section line 726.66 feet; thence run S 04042'0011 West 759.30
feet; thence:run S 89035'27" East 334.97 feet to the Point-of-beginning;
thence continue S 89035'271' East 10.01 feet; thence run S 0205612711
West 574.70 feet; thence run N 89035'27" West 10.01 feet; thence
run N 02056'27" East 574.70 feet to the P. O. B.
This easement being for sanitary sewer installation.
