does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an-eisement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to wit:
The East 10.0 feet and the South 10.0 feet of the following
described tract:
From the NW Corner of Section 8, Township 29 S, Range 16 E,
run along the Section Line S 00 54' 44" W, 223.13 feet; thence
S 890 05' 16" E, 100 feet to the East right-of-w~y line of U.S.
Highway No. 19, for a Point of Beginning. Thence from this P.O.B.
run along said right-of-way line S 00 54' 44" W, 150 feet;
thence S 890 05' 16" E, 250.17 feet; thence N 00 54' -l4" E,
316.45 feet; thence N 890 40' 09" W, 100 feet; thence S 00 48'
44" W, 163.95 feet; thence N 890 40' 09" W, 150.61 feet to
the Point of Beginning.

This easement being for drainage and utility installation
and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above-described premises and to construct, install

time.
