cah in hand paid to it ,the receipt of which is hereby acknowl-
edged, and the benefits to be derived therefrom,
B. J. Liquors, Incorporated, A Florida Corporation
do es hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
a right-of-way easement over, under and across the following
described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas,
State of Florida, to wit:
The West 25.0 feet of the following described tract:
From the NW Corner of Section 8, Township 29 S, Range 16 E,
run along the Section Line S 00 54' 44" W, 223.13 feet; thence
S 890 05' 16" E, 100 feet to the East Right-of-Way line of U.S.
Highway No. 19, for a point of Beginning. Thence from this
P.D.B. run along said Right-of-W2J,y line S 00 54' 44" W, 150
feet; thence S 890 05' 16" E, 250.17 feet; thence N 00 54' 44"
E, 316.45 feet; thence N 89040' 09" W, '100 feet; thence S'Oo
48' 44" W, 163.95 feet; thence N 890 40' 09" W, 150.61 feet
to the Point of Beginning.
