over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate
in the County of Pinellas, state of Florida, to-wit:
The South 10 feet of the following described tract:
Being that portion of section 8, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas
County, Florida. Being more fully described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of said section 8; thence South 890 56' 22"
East along the centerline of Drew street, being the South line of the
Southwest 1/4 of said section 8, for a distance of 100.00 feet; thence North
00054'41" East, for a distance of 50.00 feet to the intersection of the
Easterly right-of-way line of u.S. Highway North 19 and the Northerly right-
of-way line of Drew street; thence with said Northerly right-of-way line of
Drew Street South 89056'22" East, for a distance of 200.00 feet to the Point
of Beginning. Thence departing said right-of-way North 00054'41 East, for a
distance of 200.00 feet; thence South 89056'22" East, for a distance of
100.00 feet; thence South 00054'41" West, for a distance of 200.00 feet to a
Point on the said Northerly right-of-way line of Drew street; thence with
said right-of-way line, North 89056'22" West, for a distance of 100.00 feet
to the Point of Beginning.
This easement being for drainage, utility and sidewalk installat~on and
maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
drainage, utility and sidewalks and to inspect and alter such drainage,
utility, sidewalk from time to time.
