paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and the benefits to
be derived therefrom,

do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a
municipal corporation, an easement over, under and across the following
described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, state of
Florida, to wit:
The North 25 feet of Lot 5, Block G, PARK PLAZA
SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 53, Public Records of
Hillsborough county, Florida, of which Pinellas
County, Florida .was formerly a part thereof.
This easement is granted for construction purposes for the use by
the City of Clearwater, Florida 0 This ~asement is temporary and expires
automatically after twelve (12) months from date hereof or upon the
completion of the project, whichever is sooner, unless extended by
written agreement of the parties hereto 0
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these presents to be
duly executed by its proper off~cers thereunto authorized and its seal to
be hereunto affixed, this 15th day of May, 19920
