FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash in hand
paid to L them ,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, JOSEPH E. SAMPSON and BEULAH B. SAMPSON,

do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, an
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and being
situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to-wit:

A ten foot storm sewer easement whose center line is
/-de.!c.d~d-d:1r.follows: Begin at the NW corner of Lot 20f
Bayside Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 23, page 17
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and run
thence S 26056130" W, 102. 67 feet to beginning of said center
line and the center of a street drain in the intersection of
First Avenue and Hamilton (Hamden Drive), Clearwater,
Florida; thence N 3028140" E. 81. 44 feet to the center of
another street drain; thence N 7015136" E. 101. 60 feet to
a point over the storm sewer outlet in the seawall and end of
said center line.
