EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($l. 00)
cash in hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and
the benefits to be derived therefrom, JOHNNY P. JOHNS, also known as
Johnnie Johns, and JUANITA JOHNS, his wife, do hereby grant and convey
to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, a
permanent easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, ~o wit:
The portion of a 15 foot alley lying East of Lots 27,
28 and 29, and the North 15 feet of Lot 26/~I~Awater
Beach Park, First Addition, Plat Book 15, page 80
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
This easement being for the purpose of constructing and
maintaining therein all types of utilities including water,
sewer, telephone and electric lines, and shall inure not
only t.o the benefit of the City of Clearwater, but to
General Telephone Company and Florida Power Corporation
as well.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, GENERAL TELEPHONE
COMPANY and FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any and all types of utilities including water, sewer, telephone and
electric lines, and to inspect and alter such utilities from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands

We are enclosing original quitclaim deed dated
September 19, 1969, in which the City deeds you the
west ~ of a vacated alley lying east of Lot 27 and the
north 15 feet of Lot 26, Block B, First Addition to
Clearwater Beach Park.
Also enclosed is a Xerox copy of an easement from you
granting the City the use of the vacated portion of
alley lying east of Lots 27, 28 and 29 and the nm'th IS
feet of Lot 26, Cleal'water- Beach Park First Addition.
