easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to-wit:
The East 5 feet of Lot 10, Bayside Subdivision
No.4, according to map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 32, Pages 67 and 68 of
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

This easement being for storm drainage purposes only.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon
the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon a storm sewer line and to inspect and alter such storm sewer line
from time to time.
