and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:

according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 27, page 46 of the Public Records, of Pinellas
County, Florida.
This easement being for storm sewer installation and maintenance.
This easement is granted under the following conditions that no
assessment or cost of said storm sewer installation shall be borne
by the Grantee. The property shall be restored to original condition
at no cost to the Grantee. The installation of said storm sewer shall
be completed before January 15th or not started until after April 15th.
The CITY OF CLEAW,vA TER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to ent er
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and main-
tain thereon storm se~ver and to inspe ct and alter such storm sewer
from time to time.
