FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash in hand paid to
them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits to be derived
therefrom, C. R. DUDLEY, JR. and FRANCES DUDLEY, his wife, do hereby grant and convey
totheGITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an Easement over, under and across the following
described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida,

Division No.5, as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 16,
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as a
Point of Beginning, and run South 540 25' 30" East
65.18 feet; thence run North 120 24' 30" East 217.27 feet;
thence run North 540 25' 30" West 65.18 feet to the
Easterly line of Lot 9 of said Sub-Division; thence run
South 120 34' 30" West 217.27 feet to the Point of Be-
ginning.
This Easement being for underground and storm sewer line
installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter the above described
premises and to construct, instanancTmaintain thereon any underground storm sewer line
and to inspect and alter such underground storm sewer line from time to time.
