EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. OO}-cash
in :pand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom, CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a
municipal corporati"on, does hereby grant and convey to the DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA a temporary
construction easement over, under and across the following described
land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
That area lying South of North line of Marianne Street, East of
Lots I, 2, 3 and 4 of City Park Subdivision, as recorded in
Plat Book 23, Page 37, of Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, and lying North of South line of Gu1fview Boulevard
and West of Lots 5 and 12, and Water Lot 1, of said City Park
Subdivis ion.
This easement is temporary and expires automatically after one (1)
year from date hereof, unless extended by written agreement of the parties
hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these presents
to be duly executed by its pr~icers thereunto authorized and its seal
to be hereunto affixed, this day of November, A. D. 1974.

Hougen, Herbert M. Brown and R. G. Whitehead, respectively City Manager,
Mayor-Commissioner, City Attorney and City Clerk of the City of Clearwater,
Florida, a municipal corporation, tome known to be the individuals and
officers described in and who executed the foregoing Temporary Easement
and severally acknowledged that execution thereof to be their free act and deed
as such officers thereunto duly authorized; and that the official seal of said
municipal corporation is duly affixed thereto, and the said conveyance is the
act and deed of said corporation.
