EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
cash in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and
the benefits to be derived from the granting of this easement, the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, does hereby grant
and convey to
FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION
an easement over, under and across the following described land, for an
underground power line, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas,
State of Florida, to wit:
A five (5) foot utility easement each side of the following
described line, to wit:
Start at the SE corner of Lot 29, Block A, of Barbour
Morrow, a Subdivision lying in Section 8, Township 29
South, Range 15 East, as shown on Plat Book.23, page
45, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence
run S 06031'00" W, 324.23 feet; thence run N 85031'0011 E,
484.26 feet; thence run S 04029' 00" E, 71. 75 feet to the
P. O. B.; thence run S 06013'51" E, 16.49 feet; thence run
S 79009' 22" E, 215.00 feet to existing easement.
This easement being for underground power line installation and
maintenance.
FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION shall have the right to enter upon
the above-described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon
any electric lines and to inspect and alter such electric lines from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these presents
to be duly executed by its proper officers thereunto authorized and its seal
to be affixed hereunto this 24th day of May, A. D. 1976.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this 24th day of May, A. D.
1976, before me personally appeared Picot B. Floyd, Thomas A. Bustin,
R. G. Whitehead and Gabriel Cazares, respectively City Manager, City
Attorney, City Clerk and Mayor-Commissioner of the City of Clearwater,
a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, to me
known to be the individuals and officers described in and who executed the
foregoing Easement to Florida Power Corporation, and severally acknowledged
the execution thereof to be their free act and deed as such officers thereunto
duly authorized; and that the official seal of said municipal corporation is duly
affixed thereto, and the said conveyance is the act and deed of said corporation.
