E A S E MEN T
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom, the CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, does hereby grant and convey to
FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, an easement over,
under and across the following described land, lying and being
situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
Commence at the most westerly corner of Lot 9,
Block C, Island Estates Unit 5, as recorded in Plat
Book 51, page 34 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida; thence N 49023'41" W, 1.37 feet to
the P.O.B.; thence S 31013'28" W, 117.75 feet; thence
N 58046'32" W, 10.00 feet; thence N 31013'28" W, 119.40
feet; thence S 49023'41" E, 10.14 feet to the P.O.B.
FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION shall have the right to enter upon
the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any electrical lines and to inspect and alter such lines
from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Clearater has caused these
presents to be executed in its name by its City Manager, City Clerk,
countersigned by its Mayor-Commissioner, and approved as to form
and correctness by its City Attorney, and its corporate seal to be
hereunto attached, the 29th day of May, A.D. 1984.

Bustin, Lucille Williams and Kathleen F. Kelly, respectively City
Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk and Mayor-Commissioner of the
City of Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation, to me known
to be the individuals and officers described in and who executed
the foregoing Easement and severally acknowledged the execution
thereof to be their free act and deed as such officers thereunto
duly authorized; and that the official seal of said municipal
corporation is duly affixed thereto, and the said instrument is
the act and deed of said corporation.
