EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits
to be derived therefrom, the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, does hereby grant and convey to FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION,
a Florida corporation, an easement over, under and across the following
described land, lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to wit:
Commence at the West corner of Block C, Unit 5,
Island Estates, as recorded in Plat Book 51, page 34,
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, for
a P. O. B. ;the~ce run S 49023'41" E, along the SW
boundary of said Block C, 7.98 feet; thence run S 19-28'
57" W, 78.74 feet; thence run S 40-34'39'1 W, 16.23 feet;
thence run N 49025'21" W, 9.82 feet; thence run N 19-281
47" E, 96.15 feet; thence run S 49023'41" E, 8.10 feet,
to the P. O. B.
FLORIDA POWER CO~PORA TION shall have the right to enter upon
the above-described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon
any electrical lines, vault and transformers and to inspect and alter such
from time to time.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Clearwater has caused these
presents to be executed in its name by its City Manager, City Clerk, counter-
signed by its Mayor-Commissioner, and approved as to form and correctness
by its City Attorney, and its corporate seal to be hereunto attached, the
12th day of October , A. D. 1982.

deed of said corporation.
