EASEMENT
--------
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash
in hand paid to them, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and the benefits to be derived therefrom, GEORGE A. HUNT, JR. and
CECILE C. HUNT, his wife, and ORVILLE W. CASSADY and ELSIE E. CASSADY,
his wife,
do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying
and being situate in the County of Pinellas , State of Florida, to-wit:
A twenty foot easement having a center line described as follows:
From the Southeast corner of the Northeast ~ of the Southwest .~ of
Section 7, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, run thence South'89047'45"
East, along the 40 Acre Line, 48.27 feet for the Point of Beginning;

thence North 3 34'00" East, 713.1'6 feet; thence North 89 57'30" West,

69.16 feet; thence North 0 21'28" East, 30.0 feet to the End of Easement.
In consideration of the grant of this easement Grantee covenants and
agrees that should Grantee do any excavating or other type of work, of
any nature or kino, in or about the easement, Grantee will thereafter
restore the easement area, and any abutting property affected, to the
same condition as it was prior thereto, including, but not limited to,
the restoration and repair of any improvements or fences affected
thereby, sodding, plantings, patch paving or other repairs or restoration
deemed necessary by the Grantors, with Grantee to bear the full expense
thereof. Grantee further covenants and agrees that no assessments,
special or otherwise, for present or future installation or repairs,
will be made by Grantee, its successors or assigns, now or in the
future, against Grantors or their successors or assigns, or any property
owners abutting the easements or their successors or assigns. The above
covenants are conditions subsequent and shall run with the land and in
the event of any violation thereof the grant of easement shall be '
revoked, at the option of Grantors, their successors or assigns, and
the property covered by the grant of easement shall revert to the
Grantors, their successors or assigns.
This easement being for sanitary sewer installation and maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon
the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any sanitary sewer line and to inspect and alter such sanitary
sewer line from time to time.
