Ten (10) Foot Drainage and Utility Easement:
A 10. O-foot parcel of land lying East of and adjacent to the following
described line: Commence at the East l/4 corner of Section 7,
Township 29 South, Range l6 East, and run N 0054138" E along the
East line of said section a distance of 413.55 feet; to the Northerly
right-of-way line of the SCLRR (formerly SALRR); thence run
N 810 07102" W along said Northerly SCLRR right-of-way line
1117. 14 feet to the Easterly right-of-way line of the Florida
Power Corporation right-of-way, and the Point of Beginning;
thence run N 0048149" E, 1337.59 feet to the Point of Ending.
