do hereby grant and convey t6 the CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA, an
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and being .
situate in the County of Pinelias, State of Florida, to-wit:
Ten (10) Foot Sanitary Sewer Easement lying five (5) feet on each side
of the following described line:
Start at the Northeast corner of Lot "Nil, Rolling Heights Subdivis ion, as
recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 1, of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, for Point of Beginning, and run S 160 l8'11"W, 214.69
feet; thence run S 430 58'11'" W, 149.69 feet; thence run N 850 37149" W,

250.42 feet to a Point of Ending, said point being Southwest corner of
Lot 9 of said Rolling He.ights Subdivision.
