FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash in hand
paid to them ,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits

Parties hereto agree that all properties abutting the trunk lines, in
this easement owned by Coachman Properties, Inc. and/or the
Grantors, shall have the right to attach to the sewer and be served
by the City at the usual tap fee and costs for similar services for
similarly situated properties as already provid~d for in Agreement
dated 24th day of January, 1967.
