All fill taken from the ditch will be placed on the North portion of the adjoin-
ing College property and spread so that it will drain and be suitable for soccer
fields. Approximately 10,000 cubic yards of fill will be involved.
If additional clean fill is required the City will bring it in to replace any
garbage fill that has to be removed so that any garbage that may be exposed in
developing this retention area will be covered by 31 of clean fill.
3. The City will pay the College $3,500.00 in lieu of providing shell.
4.
The City will secure the permits for the removal of certain trees and will
replace said trees on a one to one basis as the College directs.
This easement being for drainage installation and maintenance by the City.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the above
described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon a drainage line
and to inspect, alter and maintain such drainage line from time to time.

easement from the District Board of Trustees, St. Petersburg Junior
College, Florida, to the City of Clearwater, Florida.
In return for this easement, this will also acknowledge by the College
receipt of a check from the City of Clearwater in the amount of $3,500.
Please feel free to get in touch with this office if our services are
required as the work is done on the Clearwater Campus. Mrs. SullIvan of
this office and Mr. Jacques Michienzi, Director, Campus Physical Plant,
Clearwater Campus, will work with you and your staff in implementing the
details of this easement.
