paid to them , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom,

do hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement
over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate in
the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to-wit:
Five foot (5') Drainage and Utility Easement
The South 5.0 feet of the North 8.80 feet of Lot 1, Hillcrest
Estates 1st Addition partial replat as recorded in Plat Book
77, Page 95, of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida.
This easement being for drainage and utility installation and
maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
drainage and utility lines and to inspect and alter such drainage and utility
lines from time to time.
