AGREEMENT

TillS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this S' - d~y
of ~~k- . 1969. by and between WEBB1S NURSERY,
a Florida Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "OWNER", and the
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
referred to as "City";
WITNESSETH:
W HE R E AS, the City of Clearwater requires a certain
easement for the installation and maintenance of sanitary sewer lines, and
said Owner is willing to grant and convey said easement to the City under
certain conditions:
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
other good and valuable considerations, it is agreed as follows:
1. The Owner agrees to grant and convey unto the City of
Clearwater, Florida, a municipal corporation, the following:
A sanitary sewer easement only., over the East 15 feet
of the West 30 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the South-
west 1/4 of Section 6, Township 29 South, Range 16
East, less N orih 50 feet. and a temporary construction
easement over the West 15 feet of the Northwest 1/4
of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 6, Township 29
South, Range 16 East, Ie s s North 50 feet.
The temporary construction easement shall be for one
