EASEMENT

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom, CHARLES B. McLAUGHLIN as BISHOP
OF THE DIOCESE OF ST. PETERSBURG, a corporation sole, does hereby
grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an easement
over, under and across the following described land, lying and being situate
in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
The North 60 feet of the West 480 feet of the South 788 feet
of the following described parcel: Begin at the SW corner of NE
l/4 of SW l/4 of Section 6, Township 29 South, Range l6 East
and run thence N 89059117" E, 42.32 feet along the 40-acre line
to the Centerline of Coachman Road pavement for P. O. B. ;
thence N 00 l2'27" E, along the Centerline of said Coachman
Road pavement 1323.23 feet to the 1/4 Section line; thence
N 89.51'19" E, 592.25 feet along the E and W l/4 Section
line (which is the Centerline of Barrett Road Pavement, Co.
Road 50}; thence S 00 l2127" W, 1324.58 feet to the 1/4
Section line; thence S 890 591l7" W, 592.25 feet along said
l/4 Section line to P. O. B.
This easement being for roadway and utilities purposes.
In the event that the City of Clearwater or other governmental agencies
and/ or utility companies do not use this eas ement for roadway and utilities
purposes or cease to use it for roadway and utility purposes, then the title
to this easement shall immediately revert to the Grantor of the same, its
successors and assigns.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon
any roadway or utility lines and to inspect and alter such roadway and utility
lines from time to time.
