do es hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, state of Florida,
t.o-wi t: Ad t.en foot easement lying 5 feet each side of the following
descrioe hne: '
From the Southeast corner of Lot 29, Coachman Lakes Estates as
recorded in Plat Book 62, Pages 26 thru 29 incl. of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida, run thence S 10 15' 41" W, along the
Southerly extension of the Easterly Line of said Coachman Lake Estates,
153. 18 ft. for the Point of Beginning of a 10. 0 ft. Sanitary Sewer Easement;
thence N 83057 '14" W. along the center line of said 10.0 ft. Sanitary Sewer
Easement, 882.92 ft; thence S 71046'27" W, along said center line,
206.83 ft. ; thence N 77042 '52" W, along said center line, 74.23 ft. to the
END OF EASEMENT. Said point lying S 360 02' 29" E, 158.34 ft. from
the most Westerly corner of Lot 32 of said Coachman Lake Estates,
(All properties abutting the trunk lines, in this easement owned by
Coachman Properties, Inc. shall have the right to attach to the sewer
and be served by the City at the usual tap fee and costs for similar
services for similarly situated properties as already provided for in
Agreement dated 24th day of January, 1967.)
