FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to him, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom, E. C. McCLURG, TRUSTEE for Publix
Super Markets, Inc. Profit Sharing Plan and Trust, does hereby grant and
convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation,
an easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A Utility & Drainage Easement in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of Section 6, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, described as
follows: From the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
said Section 6, run thence S 1007' 39" W, along the Section
line, 5.0 feet; thence S 89051'29" W, 100.02 feet to the Westerly
right of way of U. S. Highway No. 19 for the P. O. B. of the
centerline of said Utility & Drainage Easement; thence continue
S 89051'29" W, along said centerline, 710.0 feet; thence
N 61036' 03" W, along said centerline, 117. 80 feet; thence
S 73001'5711 W, along said centerline, 194.50 feet; thence
S 89017' 57" W, along said centerline, 90.0 feet to the Southerly
right of way of State Road No. 588, also Sunset Point Road, to
the end of easement.
AND
A Utility & Drainage Easement in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of Section 6, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, described as
follows: From the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
said Section 6, run thence S 1007' 39"W, along the Section line
988.01 feet; thence S 89051'33" W, 100.02 feet to the Westerly
right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 19 for the P. O. B. of the
centerline of said Utility & Drainage Easement; thence continue
S 89051'33" W, along said centerline, 1010.08 feet to the End
of Easement.
AND
A Utility & Drainage Easement in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 6, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, described as
follows: From the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
said Section 6, run thence S 1007' 39" W, along the Section line,
988.01 feet; thence S 89051'33" W, 980.08 feet for the P.O~,B'.
of the centerline of said Utility & Drainage Easement; thence
N 1011' 29" E, along said centerline, 988.0 feet to the End
of Easement.
A survey of said Easements is hereto attached and made a part
hereof.
These easements being for utilities and drainage installation and
maintenance.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter
upon the above described premises, and to construct, install and maintain
thereon any utility and drainage lines and to inspect and alter such utility and
drainage lines from time to time.
