EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1, 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom,
MICKLER CORPORATION, a Florida corporation,
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA,
an easem.ent over, under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
A sidewalk easement over the North five (5) feet of the east
400.00 feet of the North 500: 00 feet of the NorthWellt II 4 of
the sC;JUtheast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 29 South, Range 16
East, less the roadway on North; in Pinellas County, Florida.
It is agreed between the parties hereto that a sidewalk will
be installed in this easement at no expense to the owner.
