EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) cash
in hand paid to it, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom, VILLAS OF LAKE ARBOR, a Florida
P~rtnership, does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, an easement over, under and across the following described land,
lying and being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
From the West 1/4 corner of Section 6, Township 29
South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, as
a point of reference; thence N 00.37'22" W along the
West line of said Section, 2360. 30 feet for a P. O. B. ;
thence continue N 00"37'22" W, 10.00 feet; thence
N 89057150" E, 1338.49 feet to the Westerly right-of-
way line of Belcher Road; thence S 00012'09" E along
said right-of-way line 10.00 feet; thence S 89057'50" W,
965.00 feet; thence S 00002'10" E, 80.00 feet; thence
S 89057'50" W, 80.00 feet; thence N 00002'10" W, 80.00
feet; thence S 89057'50" W, 293.42 feet to the P. O. B.
This easement being for utilities installation and maintenance
and for a lift station site.
The CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to
enter upon the above described premises and to construct, install and
maintain thereon any utility lines and such lift station and to inspect and
alter such utility lines and lift station from time to time.
