concave southerly, having a radius of 503. 17 feet; thence along the arc of said right-of-way
curve, a chord bearing and distance of N 88- 37'49" W, 23. 84 feet to the point of curvature
of said curve; thence N 89- 59'16" W, along said South right-of-way line, 474.37 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continue N 89:059,'16 W, along said South right-of-way line, 286.46
feet to the point of curvature of a right-of~way curve that is concave southeasterly, having a
radius of 25.00 feet; thence along the arc of said right-of-way line curve; a chord bearing
and distance of S 45004127" W, 35.32 feet to the point of tangency of said curve. Thence
S 0008'10" W, along the east right-"of-way line of Old Coachman Road (County Road No. 32)
as shown on said plat, a distance of 500. 05 feet; thence S 89059116" E. 311. 41 feet; thence
N 0008'10" E, 525.00 feet to the point of beginning. All being in the SW 1/4 of Section 6,
