FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of ONE AND NO/100 ($1.00) DOLLAR
cash in hand paic~ to it, the receipt of whi ch is hereby acknowledged, and the
benefits to be derived therefrom,
JANET LAND CORPORATION, A Florida Corporation
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, an
easement over, under and across the following described land, lying and
being situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to-wit:
15 ft. Utility Easement lying 7.5 feet either side
of the following described line:
Commence at the Northwest corner of Section 6,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East; thence run
S.00036150"E., along the West boundary of said
Section 6, 1016.66 feet; thence run N.89056124"E.,
319.08 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence run
due South 285.99 feet to the North right-of-way
line of Montclair Road, and the Point of Ending.
JANET LAND CORPQRATION is not obligated to obtain City water services
by virtue of granting this easement. There is reserved unto the Grantor, its
successors and assigns, the right and easement to use the above property for
the construction, installation and maintenance of any utility or roadway
to serve the Grantor1s property.
This easement being for utilities installation and maintenance.
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, shall have the right to enter upon the
above described premises and to construct, install and maintain thereon any
utility lines and to inspect and alter such utility lines from time to time
and shall be obligated to repair or pay for repairs to Grantor1s property
caused by the construction, installation or maintenance as described herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party hereto has caused these presents to be
duly executed by its proper officers thereunto authorized and its seal to be
hereunto affixed, this 15 day of July A.D. 1983.

who executed the foregoing instrument as President and Secretary respectively,
of the Corporation named in the foregoing instrument, and they severally

of and in the name of said corporation as such officers; that the seal
